    Thank you for your honest account of that nasty A-word. I relate to the domestic squabbling.

    Every day, anger raises its ugly headmin my home. Like you say though, the difference is that I am aware of it in recovery. Not perfect but there is some sort of progress happening. One of these days i hope I don’t either start or end the day with anger with my wife.

    Now that I am sober, I am so much happier and way less angry!
    My hubs and I are closer than ever. I still get mad, but I am learning when and how to express it so that I am heard.
