What an amazing post, well written and insightful, I love it. I totally get the need for you to explore counselling. Doing what you do can take a toll, self care is important. You probably feel the same as I do, you want to help everyone you can, and thats cool, but any triage nurse will tell you that you have to keep yourself safe in order to give the best possible service and support. Keep doing what your doing my friend and please take care of yourself, recovery has to be selfish in the most positive way, you come first then you can do the very best for everyone else. I’m proud to know you, amazing man and amazing work.

Thanks Adam. Your words and your support mean a lot. We are all in this together but all need ‘me’ time to recharge. Hope to see you at the Edge one day. Much love x

    Very cool coffee shop!
I am guilty of saying things in early recovery, that now I cringe at.
So it really is a learning as I go along process.
